Harriett McLaren (1819-1899), the wife of Richard Juson (1812-1873), whom she married at Hamilton, Canada 11th May 1842, died at Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England at the age of 80. She is buried in the Cemetery in Shrewsbury and commemorated by a plaque at Shrewsbury Abbey to which she was a generous benefactor, enabling the architect John Loughborough Pearson's rebuilding of that church's east end. |
